Children's Fair for fun and education

More than 30 years ago the Child Abuse Prevention Council was formed, not out of some need to educate, but at the time, with the mission of saving children’s lives. There were some particularly brutal cases of child abuse occurring during that time that brought the issue home for many locals, and the result has been a three-decade effort to better educate the Valley about child abuse and how to be a better parent.
